Vintage 50s-80s Wool Felt Cap Archie Beanie Full Pins Pinbacks Charms Souvenirs

Here is a classic wool felt beanie cap, covered with tourist pins and bubblegum-machine or Cracker Jack plastic charms.
The shape and colors of the cap are 1940s - 1950s, and it plus some of the charms and bobbles may date from that time period, although t
he earliest pin with a date is from 1962, the most recent is from 1986.
Many of them appear to have been collected in the upper Northwest United States.
Some minor moth nibbles and pin holes in beanie, but structurally sound.
Measures 7.25" in diameter, and 4" tall.
Edges of the wool have been pinked (zig zagged) and it recalls beanies worn in the old Archie comics.
Excellent color combination and character-effect in this piece!
